Leadership

A leader takes people where they want to go. A great  leader takes people where they dont necesary want to go, but ought to be.
Leaders are the people who seek for the common good and guide others to light. In order to be a leader you should have some qualities, which includes: Good communicator, Honesty and Integrity, confidence , persuasive, passionate, committed, decision-Making Capabilities, delegation and empowerment.
A good leader should meet at least 6 of these qualities because they represent how the perfect leader must be.
About the stimulus for this task I must say that a good leader is the one that focus in the good of all people, instead of the good of just some. In other order of ideas a good leader will look for the best for each individual.

Forget your new years resolution

The video watched in class encourages the listeners  to follow their dreams and aspirations, the narrator uses an analogy to express the idea presented before, this analogy talks about how some people get the idea that they are not capable of achieving things stuck in their head , and how even if they are naturally talented they dont achieve their goals because of fear or for believing that idea mentioned early. By other hand the narrator motivates us by telling us to loose the fear of failing, because if we never try we will never achieve want we want.

English as a global language

English has been the most talk language for more than a decade, this is mainly because of the colonialism that existed from Britain  among other countries in Africa and North-America these lead to and absorption of the language in different corners of the globe. By other hand most of the popular culture and trends around the planet are in English, some of this include memes, music, TV shows, movies etc. with this I mean that English is completely immerse on pop culture, thats  why a lot of people would rather speak English as a second tongue and not other language such as mandarin. Taking in consideration that United States of America has the leading economic  of the world  why can stablish that this also influences the idea that English is the global language of excellence, more people learn english each day, many of them motivated by the power of money. If they want bigger deals and more money they will have to negotiate with the companies from outside their country and most of them if not all speak English.

My thoughts on slave labour

First of all I will like to explain what Slave labour means
 according to https://www.dictionary.com/browse/slave-labor Slave labour is define as  "persons, especially a large group, performing labor under duress or threats, as prisoners in a concentration camp; a labor force of slaves or slavelike prisoners." 

Some examples of slave labour over the world include children working on the toughest conditions for  poor or no pay. On Africa this is very common, because of the regulations on this area of the globe, business produce there products on that continent because they could get good deals, but the problem with this is that they are not looking up for the workers rights.
